I thought our subscribed media members would be pleased to hear that one of the most famous instances of network TV censorship is being remediated this coming Friday when Letterman finally airs the spiked Bill Hicks routine that was supposed to air five months before Hicks died. (For the "Who's Bill Hicks?" folks amongst you, click on his name for the Wikipedia entry...)

Letterman's also bringing Bill's mom, Mary, on the show, which is pretty amazing cause she's an intense lady...
