The closest subway stops are 23rd St on the F, also nearby are the 23rd St stops on the 1, A, C, 6, N, R, and W. (We no longer operate a bookstore; just the publishing operation.)

Join one of our electronic mailing lists and receive emails from us about our NYC events and parties, national tours, new releases, and other Soft Skull updates.

We have three: the general Announce list, which goes out very infrequently now, we suggest folks set their RSS feed to www.softskull.com/news, the new Soft Skull blog; the Shortwave list, which is weekly, and has information on Soft Skull author readings in New York City; and finally the Media list, which has press releases intended for members of the media, two to four times a month.

Feel free to sign up for any or all of them; we use a piece of email list management software called Mojo, which is easy to opt out of at any time.
